Take A Break Spas & Billiards
The situation
A showroom retailer whose website, ad accounts, email list and lead routing all lived with a previous agency. Nothing was owned by the store, the site was slow to change, and the list had never been used.

How it went
The rebuild
Eighty-six pages and six product lines (hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, pool tables, massage chairs, cold plunges) were moved off the old builder onto Bricks, with a catalog template per product line so a new model is a data entry, not a design job. Hosting moved at the same time. Launch was August 1, 2026.
Owning the stack
CRM, email and texting moved into HighLevel with Twilio numbers registered for business texting. The email list was rebuilt and deliverability repaired before the first campaign went out. Manufacturer leads that used to route through the old agency now land in a pipeline the store controls.
Ads and video
Google and Meta accounts were taken over, conversion tracking was audited and verified, and video ad creative was produced from the store’s own footage.
The app
A custom mobile app gives the store’s customers care schedules, chemical guidance, service requests and offers in one place. It is now offered to other catalog retailers as Companion.
