Frequently Asked Questions
We already use Mailchimp or Klaviyo. Do we have to move?
No. HighLevel is our default because it puts email, SMS, CRM and calendars in one place, but we will work in the platform you have if it does the job. Migration is priced separately so you can see exactly what moving costs.
Why does texting need registration?
US carriers require business texting to be registered (A2P 10DLC). Unregistered traffic gets filtered or blocked. Registration is included in setup and usually takes one to two weeks.
Who owns the list and the accounts?
You do. The platform account, the phone numbers, the sending domain and the list are all in your name. We work inside them.
How long does deliverability repair take?
Authentication fixes take days. Rebuilding a damaged sending reputation takes four to eight weeks of controlled sending. We report inbox placement before and after.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Setup work is a fixed price. Ongoing management is month-to-month.
