AI & Automation

Most AI consultants sell you a chatbot. We automate the work you’re already doing twice.

Built and shipped, not recommended

Every business has a list of jobs somebody does by hand every week: re-keying inventory into the website, forwarding leads to the right salesperson, chasing reviews, typing up quotes, pulling the same report. We find those jobs, price them in hours saved, and build the automation that does them.

You get working software and a number for what it saves, not a slide deck.
Inventory sync
Your point of sale, booking system or supplier feed updates the website and every listing, without anyone re-typing.
Lead routing
Web, phone and partner leads land with the right person in seconds, with the context they need.
Review requests
Asked automatically at the right moment after delivery or service, routed to the platform that matters.
Quote generation
A quote built from your price list and rules, sent in minutes, with follow-up scheduled.
Reporting
Sales, ads, leads and inventory in one report that arrives on Monday without anyone building it.
Content repurposing
One product video becomes the product page copy, the email, the social post and the AI-readable spec sheet.

What the audit delivers

Two weeks, $2,000, one document.

A map of how work actually happens

We sit with the people doing the jobs and write down every step, every system and every re-key. Most owners are surprised by what is on the list.

What is automatable, and what is not

Each workflow gets a verdict: automate fully, automate partly, or leave alone. With the tools we would use and the risks.

A roadmap priced in hours saved

Ranked by monthly hours returned against build cost, so the first build pays for itself fastest. Estimates, clearly labelled as estimates, with the assumptions written down.

How a workflow gets built

Fixed price, four steps, running in weeks

1

Pick one

From the audit roadmap, or the job that annoys you most. One workflow at a time.

2

Design on paper

Inputs, outputs, edge cases and what happens when something fails, agreed before any code.

3

Build and test

Built against your real systems, tested with your real data, documented for your team.

4

Run and tune

Thirty days of monitoring and adjustment included. Then maintenance keeps it running.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a chatbot?

Only if a chatbot is what the audit says will save you hours. Usually it is not. The workflows that pay are the unglamorous ones: data entry, leads, quotes, reports.

What tools do you use?

Whatever your systems already speak: your point of sale, booking or e-commerce APIs, HighLevel, Google Sheets, Make, n8n, and custom code when a standard connector does not exist. You own every account.

What if an automation breaks?

Things break when a vendor changes an API. Maintenance and monitoring ($450/month) means we see it first and fix it. Without maintenance, fixes are billed hourly.

Do we need the audit first?

No. If you already know the workflow you want, we scope it and quote it as a $2,500 build. The audit is for businesses that want the whole picture first.

How do you estimate hours saved?

By timing the manual process with the person who does it and multiplying by how often it happens. The numbers are estimates until the automation runs; then they are measured.
