Payment Plan Details
12-month commitment required. Monthly payments continue for the full 12 months regardless of website launch date. After 12 months, your plan automatically continues month-to-month at the standard hosting rate for your tier.
Website development begins immediately upon receipt of your initial payment. Your site will launch within 30 days of initial payment.
Need to add more? Additional pages, custom features, and extra products can be added anytime for additional fees. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Included work has limits. Content edits are capped at 2 hours per month; additional time is billed at $200/hour. Landing pages beyond your plan’s allowance are $450 each.
Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm Mountain Time, with a two-week closure in December. Site-down emergencies on Professional and Enterprise plans are handled outside those hours under the response targets in your agreement.
All payment plans require automatic monthly payment via credit card or ACH. Early cancellation requires payment of remaining balance in full.
