For the Starter package (4 videos/month), send us 4-6 raw clips. We pick the best moments and edit them into final videos. More footage gives us more options.
What if I don't have video footage?
We can create static graphic posts, but results will be limited. Video is what drives growth. We recommend investing in simple phone footage before committing to social media management. If you don’t want to handle recording yourself, though, let us know! We have the ability to create packages curated specifically for your needs including videos from scratch.
Can you create a video from scratch?
Absolutely! If you’re not comfortable recording the video yourself, leave it to us.
How quickly do you turn around edits?
Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days. Rush editing (72 hours) available for an extra fee per video.
Do you respond/act as my business?
Yes. We write responses in your brand voice and handle all community management as if we’re part of your team. For sensitive issues, we flag them for your direct attention.
What if a video goes viral?
Great! We monitor closely and help you capitalize on momentum. Viral content is unpredictable, but consistent quality content builds sustainable audiences.
Can I post content myself too?

Do you run paid ads?
Social media advertising is part of our Ad Management service, not included in these packages. But organic content and paid ads work great together, we can coordinate both.
